We will repair or replace (depending on the individual situation) any defective products within 60 days from shipping. Please email your situation before shipping a defective product back to us.

All body jewelry shipped from Pierce This 2 is mailed in a heat sealed, zip lock bag. Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted only if the heat seal is in tact. Please email us about the request prior to mailing the return

Due to health reasons, we can not accept returned body jewelry if the heat seal has been opened. This is the only way that we can guarantee that everyone will receive new & unused body jewelry. Thank You for your understanding.
