Handcuff Stainless Steel and Waxed Nylon Bracelet 7"

This handcuff bracelet is made of heavy duty stainless steel and a waxed nylon. The length measures 7" and is sized more for a women's wrist. Both handcuffs open up by pushing down on a small lever and then lock by pushing them closed. There is no key lock needed. You will hook one handcuff inside of the other, to wear as a bracelet.
